Walk number 1of3
Start our at the cornor of Sherbrook street and Saint Lawrence. Walk north on Saint Lawrence as far as Prince Arthur and turn right along the predestrian walk-way all the way through to the park [St Louis]. Continue across the park onto Saint Denis street and turn left [north].
Walk north until Duluth street and turn left back towards Saint Lawrence.[Le Express Bistro is on the east side [right] just before you reach Duluth
At Saint Lawrence street turn Right and walk up towards Schwartz smoke meat cafe or continue the walk by turning left[south and walk back down to Sherbrook street. [The Shed restaurent is on your left [east]
You could now choose to turn Right [West ]and walk the lengh of Sherbrook street past the Ritz until you hit Cresent street, the Museum is on this corner.Turn left [south] and walk down Cresent street [this is a great street for Montreal Night life: see seperate Crestent street review]. when you reach St Catherine street turn left [east] and walk through the downtown center.

Canal and Market plus Antique stores
Start at Guy street and Notre Dame
Walk west along Notre Dame st towards Atwater Market.This street has many Antique shops as well as new trendy restarents coffee shops and the Burgandy Lion Pub.
At Atwater street turn left [south] into the Market.
At the bottom of the market is the Canal. Cross over the presestrian bridge and turn left towards the OLD PORT
The walk can go all the way through to the OLD PORT [about 20 minuets from Market]

The Gap/Starbucks/Urban Outfitters all the usual suspects. Plus Montreal UNDERGROUNDshopping perfect for wet or winterer day
St Catherine street starting at Bishop and continueing 12 blocks towards Blury. The Unique UNDERGROUND shopping starts at Peel street on Saint Catherine inside American Eagle. Better off to walk half a block up Peel [north of StCatherine] and enter through the “Cours Mont Royal” which has a great shopping mix of Local Quebec and international stores.The Building itself is worth a look.
